Presented by the Singha Corporation, the concert promises to deliver an unforgettable evening, as Michael is just as well known for his stage presence and humour as for busting out classic tunes. One Thing One Direction If you (or your kids) are dedicated One-Directioners, you will be thrilled to learn that the five global heartthrobs will be playing a concert in Bangkok as part of their ‘On the Road Again 2015 Tour’. The tour takes in many locations the band has never played before, including South Africa and the UAE. In Bangkok, the venue will be Rajamangala National Stadium, and tickets went on sale in July, so if you want to take your kids along to the concert, then you will need to book fast before they all get snapped up online. Pardon Me Incubus There are few contemporary rock bands that have enjoyed as much success in Asia as Incubus. Fans of the band will definitely want to put March 11th in the diary when they will be swinging by the Land of Smiles to play a date as part of their tour of the Asia-Pacific region. Other locations on the tour include Singapore, Tokyo and Pasay City in the Philippines. Seating a grand total of 20,000 people Bangkok’s Thunder Dome in Muang Thong Thani is the venue. After selling out their only other Bangkok date back in 2011, it is no wonder that Mogwai’s second Thailand performance is generating plenty of excitement. If you want to enjoy the magnetic, explosive sounds of their music, stay tuned for tickets to go on sale for the gig, which will be held at Bangkok’s Moonstar Studio. Settle Down the 1975 If you’re an indie lover, the prospect of seeing The 1975 in Bangkok, one of the best indie groups to come out of the UK in the past five years, will definitely appeal. Formed in Manchester, the band has enjoyed critical success over the past year since they released their first album, which debuted at No.1 in the UK. Playing Bangkok’s Centrepoint Studio on January 25, The 1975 promise to put on a powerful perfomance.
